Business and Operations Manager

High Rocks, an award-winning non-profit program in Hillsboro, WV, is seeking a full-time Business and Operations Manager. The High Rocks transforms the lives of young people and their impact on communities across the state of West Virginia.

This position will help support program and administrative staff to achieve excellent results in a team-oriented and supportive collaborative environment. Duties include team leadership, internal communications, day-to-day operations, business oversight, training, evaluation, development, marketing, and technology.

The High Rocks team is dynamic and inspiring; team members work together to achieve great results, guide the direction of the organization, represent High Rocks in regional partnerships, work together to tell the story of High Rocks to the world, and build relationships with funders and other partners so that we can provide these free of charge to young people in West Virginia.


A passion for youth and WV and a strong skill set including organization, communication, people and business management, technology use - required; experience with development, marketing, evaluation, Quickbooks, Salesforce - a plus. Ideal candidate should have cultural context for working in West Virginia and be able to work both collaboratively and independently, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends at times), and work well with a diverse group of people including staff, volunteers, constituents and partners.

The Business and Operations Manager is a full-time, year-round position.
